Returns:
If your product was damaged during shipping, or if there are manufacturer defects with your product and you would like to return it, we will replace the product free of charge.
1. Simply repack the item(s) in original packaging; be sure to include the packing slip or sales receipt.
2. Contact us by email at help@onelongsong.com. We will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization).
